By accessing PairRoom, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. Property Verification
PairRoom provides information on student housing. While we strive to verify listings, we do not own the properties. We act as a platform connecting students to housing agents and landlords. We are not responsible for the accuracy of listing details (e.g., room size, rent, amenities) once a property has been listed by a third party.
3. User Conduct
Users agree to use PairRoom for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Post false or misleading property information.
- Use the platform for scams or fraudulent activities.
- Harass landlords, agents, or other students.
4. Fees and Payments
PairRoom may charge fees for Premium listings. All transactions made through our platform are final. Any disputes regarding rent or housing agreements must be resolved directly between the student and the property owner.
5. Limitation of Liability
PairRoom is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from housing contracts entered into outside of our platform.
